This role is a blend of business development, client engagement, and strategic relationship management. You’ll be at the center of a bold mission—helping companies across the construction industry modernize operations, streamline communication, and boost safety with technology that actually makes a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to closing and long-term account support
- SAS experience and or Construction sales experience
- Manage inbound leads and actively hunt new business opportunities across multiple channels
- Deliver engaging, solution-focused demos and proposals that speak directly to the client's needs
- Build real relationships with owners, contractors, subs, and internal teams—earning trust and delivering results
- Stay plugged in with bids, RFPs, and follow-ups, always pushing things forward with confidence
- Serve as the go-to person for key accounts, keeping communication tight and customer satisfaction high
- Develop creative strategies to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and partner networks
- Work cross-functionally to tailor custom proposals and solutions that drive business and build long-term value
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with a background in construction, SaaS, or high-growth tech
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar (bonus points if you’ve built your career around it)
- Know how to manage multiple priorities and fast-moving deals without dropping the ball
- Have a consistent record of hitting (or crushing) your sales goals
- Bring confidence and clarity to product demos, presentations, and strategic conversations
- Are a relationship builder who can earn buy-in at every level—from the field to the C-suite
- Are willing to travel around 30% of the time for client meetings and events
- Have solid CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus) and can navigate Excel and PowerPoint with ease
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning challenge into opportunity

- Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150K–$220K
