Sous Chef Requirements
- 1+ years as a Sous Chef in upscale casual or fine dining
- Experience with $3M+ annual sales volume
- Passion for seafood and oysters — prior experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on leader with strong prep systems, vendor relations, and inventory/order management
- High energy, positive attitude, and sense of urgency
- Coaches and develops BOH team daily — earns respect by working alongside them
- Organized, accountable, and driven to deliver excellence
- Culinary degree a plus (not required)
