Executive Chef Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive annual salary: $85,000–$100,000 DOE
- Performance-based bonuses after 90 days

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader in a high-volume, high-quality concept
- Deep understanding of Asian cuisine, including regional flavor profiles and techniques
- Expert wok proficiency
- Proven leadership skills with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Fluent in English (Spanish-speaking is a strong plus)
- Must be drug free, drama free, responsible, and fully committed to the role
Executive Chef Must-Haves:
- Lead all BOH operations with consistency, urgency, and excellence
- Design and execute seasonal, crave-worthy menus blending authentic Asian roots with inventive flair
- Maintain flawless inventory, prep, ordering, and cost control systems
- Build a kitchen culture grounded in respect, accountability, and hustle
- Collaborate closely with FOH and ownership to deliver a world-class guest experience
- Exceed health, safety, and sanitation standards—every shift, no exceptions
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in launching or rebranding culinary programs
- Prior success in team development and mentorship
- Creative writing or branding chops for menu storytelling
- Familiarity with budgeting software, cost analysis, and inventory systems
- A grounded, ego-free presence with an innate sense of hospitality and pride in craft
