We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Multi-Unit General Manager to lead our multi-location sales team and drive performance across all levels. The ideal candidate is a polished, policy-driven leader who also understands how to prioritize the best interest of our clients. This role will oversee over 30 sales associates across multiple showrooms and provide guidance and accountability to other store managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple locations
- Supervise and mentor over 30 sales associates and partner with showroom managers to drive sales excellence
- Develop sales strategies that align with company goals and elevate the customer experience
- Ensure sales team consistently meets or exceeds performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide ongoing training and professional development to keep the team up to date on products, trends, and sales techniques
- Utilize advanced Excel and ERP systems to track sales performance, manage forecasting, and inform decision-making
- Work closely with executive leadership on revenue planning and store performance reviews
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and client-focused service
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the premium image
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of multi-unit sales leadership experience, ideally within the luxury appliance or bath industry
- Proven success managing large teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of luxury retail sales, preferably in appliances, bath fixtures, or design-oriented products
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to coach and lead by example
