Senior Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of Construction Project Management experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience using construction estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of AIA contract agreements
- Excellent communication, time management, and client-facing skills
Must Haves:
- Provide end-to-end project and program management for institutional, non-profit, government, or developer clients
- Supervise and support 3–4 Project Managers assigned to regional job sites (weekly check-ins required)
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards
- Oversee critical construction workflows including cost estimating, schedule reviews, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Maintain project documentation and reporting standards on the company’s shared drive
- Assist with negotiating contracts and managing punch lists and warranty tracking through project close out
Senior Project Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience in Owner’s Representation or Agency Construction Management (CM)
- Familiarity with public/private partnerships, education, healthcare, or government projects
- Strong regional knowledge of Western and Central Pennsylvania
- Value engineering or cost control expertise
