VP Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and reservations teams
- Develop and manage the annual sales budget
- Identify and prioritize cultivating relationships with key clients
VP Sales Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality, resort or similar industry
- Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
