We're looking for a hands-on Director of Training to lead new store openings, enhance training systems, and support the growth of our rapidly expanding pizza concept. Director of Training – Benefits and Compensation
- $75,000 – $85,000 Base + Performance Bonuses

Director of Training – Requirements & Qualifications
- Experienced in restaurant operations, training, or franchisee development
- Experience leading new store openings and onboarding new operators
- First hand knowledge of implementing and rolling out a new restaurant training platform
- Skilled in creating and updating training content for hourly and leadership teams
- Strong collaborator with HR and Operations to support retention and engagement
- Comfortable with hands-on coaching and in-field training across locations
Director of Training – Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in QSR or fast-casual concepts with franchisee systems
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Track record of improving training outcomes and boosting team performance
- Organized, energetic, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Willingness to travel as needed and support field-level execution
