We’re hiring a Retail General Manager to lead one of the most unique and high-energy retail spaces in Atlanta. This hands-on leadership role covers every part of the store experience: people, product, operations, and culture. You’ll be the driving force behind a motivated team, a polished environment, and a community-centered experience that keeps customers coming back.

Retail Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing staff
- Customer Experience: Set the tone for welcoming, knowledgeable service
- Operational Excellence: Oversee store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily flow
- Inventory Management: Coordinate stock levels and product flow with inventory leads
- Sales & Strategy: Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and drive revenue
- Community Engagement: Partner with marketing/events to plan in-store activations
Retail Store Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing a retail team (specialty or high-touch preferred)
- Skilled in POS systems, labor scheduling, and retail data analysis
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
- Able to learn new products or categories quickly and lead with confidence
- Passion for creating memorable in-store experiences
- Availability on weekends (required)
Bonus Experience:
- Knowledge of collectibles, trading cards, or pop culture retail
- Experience executing live events or community-based programs
- Familiarity with customer loyalty or segmentation tools
