Sous Chef Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year as a Sous Chef
- Background in high-volume, high-pressure kitchens
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and guest-service mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized, with high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor BOH team
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen at all times
- Maintain strict quality control over food consistency and plate presentation
- Enforce punctuality and uphold company policies
