Licensed Loan Officers – Work From Anywhere
(Must be licensed in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas – only one state required)

What You’ll Do
- Client Guidance – Lead borrowers through the loan process with expertise and empathy.
- Build Relationships – Deliver outstanding service that earns trust and referrals.
- Loan Analysis – Evaluate credit and financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with underwriters to ensure smooth approvals and closings.
- Grow Your Business – Generate leads and develop new sources of business.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Experience – Background in mortgage lending, preferably as a Loan Officer or Originator.
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with loan products, compliance, and lending procedures.
- Strong Communication Skills – Confident, clear, and client-focused.
- Tech Savvy – Comfortable with loan origination platforms and CRM systems.
- Licensing – Active NMLS license in FL, AL, MN, or TX (at least one state is required).
- Driven & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage deadlines and client expectations with precision.
