- 3+ years of GM or multi-unit leadership experience in full service casual/upscale casual.
- Strong in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven P&L, operations, and guest experience expertise
- A hands-on leader who thrives in ownership-style roles
- Experience managing multiple departments or locations
- Skilled in training systems, local store marketing, and growth strategy
- High energy, resourceful, and excited to scale with a growing brand
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of daily operations and team management
- Drive local marketing, brand standards, and community engagement
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and product quality
- Take ownership of the business and play a key role in opening new stores
