Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations: service flow, cleanliness, prep, opening/closing
- Manage all delivery and takeout channels (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
- Ensure seamless integration of kiosks and online ordering with kitchen ops
- Maintain top-tier food quality, accuracy, and packaging standards
- Control inventory, manage food costs, and oversee commissary prep and COGS
Leadership & Team Building
- Hire, train, and lead a cross-trained team that can flex between stations
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and execution
- Build efficient schedules aligned with labor targets
- Coach and mentor staff for growth and peak performance
Guest Experience & Brand Execution
- Deliver consistently excellent food and service across all order channels
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly—whether it's a tech hiccup or a delivery mishap
- Keep your finger on the pulse of customer feedback and reviews
- Own the digital guest experience across kiosk, app, and third-party platforms
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all health, food safety, and labor laws
- Track performance metrics: labor cost, food cost, guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate logs for sanitation, temp checks, and maintenance
- Analyze sales and profitability and support chef/owner with special initiatives
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years kitchen experience – confident across all stations
- 2+ years in restaurant management – hiring, training, scheduling
- Deep knowledge of kitchen workflows, inventory, and delivery logistics
- Tech-forward mindset – experience with kiosks, online ordering & 3rd-party platforms
- Calm, quick problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
