High-end restaurant seeking a polished Sales and Events Manager — someone who is very guest-centric and is familiar with upselling, coordinating, and executing upscale small and large parties, buy-outs, private events, etc.
Sales and Events Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years' experience leading in sales for Chicago restaurant events
- REO/BEO setup and execution
- Possesses creativity in design and an eye for detail
- Must be able to communicate and network effectively
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, staffing, forecasting
- Training team on proper steps of service
Sales and Events Manager Benefits & Compensation Details:
- Full benefits and PTO
- Commission based on sales of events – 3-4% negotiable.
- Base salary of $60-65k
