We are seeking a Resort Assistant Manager for a Luxury Hotel. Previous experience in a high-volume full-service or luxury hotel is necessary. We are offering a great environment, salary, as well as relocation benefits.
Resort Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years in managing a team
- Minimum 2 years experience in a full service or luxury hotel
- Being a great teacher and coach
- Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations necessary
Resort Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, and Bell Services
- Assist in the daily management of the team
- Assist in servicing guests
- Review, approve and verify payroll/ generate reports/ investigate and respond to guest complaints
Resort Assistant Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of 79,310
- Annual Bonus of 5% -7.5% of salary
- $250-$2500 monthly incentive payout based on upsell goals
