Our established and mission-driven senior healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead and expand our growing PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO and make a lasting impact on senior care in the Los Angeles and South Bay communities.

Regional Vice President Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level leadership experience (VP, Regional VP, or similar) in senior living, senior care, or healthcare
- Demonstrated success growing a multi-site portfolio and securing partnerships or investment in the non-profit sector
- Experience opening, operating, and scaling senior care facilities or programs across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of the senior care landscape, particularly in non-profit models; familiarity with PACE is highly valued but not required
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with executive leadership and boards while driving strategic growth initiatives
Must Haves:
- Provide visionary leadership over an existing fully-enrolled center, a second site preparing for enrollment, and 2–3 additional planned centers in the South Bay area
- Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute growth strategies, operational plans, and investor outreach
- Oversee regional operations, ensuring each center is properly staffed, compliant, and delivering exceptional care
- Act as the face of the organization in building relationships with investors, partners, and the community to further expand the mission
Regional Vice President Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior success in the PACE program environment, particularly in California, is a plus
- Expertise in both business development and operational excellence within a regulated healthcare or senior living setting
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess opportunities and deliver sustainable growth
- Inspirational leader with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams
