We are looking for our next Restaurant Leader! Candidates should have experience with high-volume casual, or upscale casual, low-country coastal dining.
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume casual dining leadership
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Calm demeanor and positive attitude
- Servant leadership style of management
- Hotel experience a plus
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the front of house team with consistency and integrity
- Monitor and manage the beverage program, including pour cost, inventory, purchasing, and selection
- Create schedules that manage business needs and labor budget
- Coordinate with the culinary leadership on special offerings and service execution
- Work with the marketing team on promotional programming
- Other duties as assigned
