We’re launching a high-energy, high-volume new restaurant concept in Westerville — and we’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who knows exactly what it takes to open a new restaurant from the ground up. If you thrive in controlled chaos, lead by example, and bring intensity, organization, and positivity to the line every day we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead all back-of-house operations during the opening and beyond
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff to execute at a high level
- Own food quality, consistency, and execution across all dayparts
- Control food and labor costs, manage inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Collaborate with leadership on menu development and specials
