Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Deep expertise in both construction and corporate accounting.
- Proven knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in construction-focused accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint) and ERP systems.
- Must come from a Hotel Background
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead accounting functions, mentor staff, and work cross-functionally with operations, legal, and development.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on, detail-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in high-performance environments.
