Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution and maintain exceptional food quality.
- Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
- Create and maintain innovative menus that align with our brand identity.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume ($6 – $15 million a year) upscale casual scratch restaurant in a similar role.
- Proven success in leading large, high-performing teams (10-20 cooks per shift).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
