Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to support all aspects of the operation in the GM’s absence
- Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
Must Haves
- Motivate and lead team members through hands-on management
- Support daily operations, guest satisfaction, and shift execution
- Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to grow professionally
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for both staff and guests
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in family-style, full-service restaurant settings
- Exposure to P&L responsibilities and financial performance
- Background in local store marketing or community engagement
