We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager with a smooth touch to elevate our guest experience. This role is all about direct engagement, ensuring exceptional service, and driving membership conversions. The perfect candidate is hands-on, highly visible, and passionate about hospitality.
Guest Experience Manager Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000 – $70,000

Guest Experience Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of guest service or hospitality management experience
- Must be present on the floor (not an office-based role)
- Membership sales: Responsible for converting guests into members
- Experience with events or community outreach is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills: empathetic and guest-focused
- Ability to train and motivate staff to elevate service standards
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating meaningful guest experiences
