As Head Chef, you will:
- Lead and mentor Sous Chefs and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure seamless kitchen operations, effectively managing both prep and service.
- Oversee food production, ordering, and budget management to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure a unified and successful restaurant operation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of high-volume kitchen management experience.
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills to inspire your team.
- Expertise in cost control and adherence to food safety standards.
