We're looking for a dedicated PRP Rehabilitation Specialist to join a mission-driven team supporting adults through psychiatric rehabilitation services.
In this role, you'll develop individualized client plans, and ensure services meet state and accreditation standards. It’s a great fit for someone who is compassionate, organized, and ready to take the next step in their clinical career.
What You’ll Do
- Complete rehab assessments and create personalized goals (IRPs)
- Lead team meetings and collaborate with therapists and case managers
- Train, supervise, and support PRP staff
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Manage caseload assignments and track compliance
- Conduct monthly client check-ins
- Participate in outreach and community partnerships
- Oversee agency social media (with program director’s guidance)
- Stay aligned with COMAR and CARF standards
Who We’re Looking For
You must have one of the following (required):
- CPRP – Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner
- LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
- LCPC – Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
- OR a Master’s in Social Work (with active Maryland license)
Bonus if you have:
- Previous experience in psychiatric rehab or clinical program management
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
- Social media or training experience
- Familiarity with COMAR/CARF standards
Physical & Other Requirements
- Must pass State and FBI background checks
- Ability to travel locally
