Join a fast-growing construction project management agency supporting complex, high-profile projects in the corporate, institutional, and commercial sectors. We are seeking a Project Manager to provide on-site support for a large-scale furniture move and installation in Wilmington, DE.

Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 certification required
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager role
- Construction Management experience is required
- Background in commercial furniture, construction, or related project management assignments
- Availability to work on-site five days per week, with flexibility to work additional hours on delivery days
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Suite, and Procore (SAP experience is a plus)
Must Haves:
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with warehouse, project team, and client representatives
- Track budgets, monitor schedules, and collaborate with accounting on invoicing
- Manage project documentation and organize digital job folders
- Oversee labeling, delivery logistics, and elevator reservations
- Generate and distribute daily field reports via Procore
- Lead project meetings and ensure execution aligns with project strategy
Project Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with FF&E logistics and installations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively identify project needs
