About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Cincinnati. In this position, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing individuals into licensed agents, guiding them through training and supporting them in launching their own independent agent business.
Talent Acquisition Manager Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard individuals interested in becoming licensed agents
- Clearly explain licensing processes, training programs, and career opportunities
- Develop and execute recruiting, networking, and marketing strategies
- Work closely with the Owner to align hiring efforts with business goals
- Mentor new agents and support their growth into independent producers
- Coordinate hybrid schedules and organize participation in in-person meetings, training, and networking events
- Contribute to team goals, growth milestones, and business initiatives
Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications
- Background in financial services, insurance, or benefits (preferred)
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, or team-building
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
What We Offer to our Talent Acquisition Manager
- Base salary: $20,000–$40,000
- Commission on performance (Up to 50K depending on performance in year 1)
- Licensing fees covered by the Owner
- Opportunity to grow into a leadership or primary full-time role
