We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our high-performing, guest-focused restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on service standards and operational excellence
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain accountability across all positions
- Maintain a hands-on presence and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences and cultivate customer loyalty
- Monitor and manage costs, labor, and inventory while optimizing revenue and profitability
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards always
General Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service casual or upscale-casual high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
