Assistant Project Manager – Benefits and Compensation

Assistant Project Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Ground-up multifamily and/or commercial construction experience
- Background in general contracting or owner-builder environments
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ
Must Haves
- Support project manager and superintendent with job site operations
- Handle subcontractor change orders and contract scope documentation
- Manage procurement logs and ensure timely material delivery
- Participate in coordination meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Maintain RFIs, submittals, permit tracking, and project documentation
- Contribute to close-out processes, project reports, and schedule planning
Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong communicator with experience managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with look-ahead schedules and project forecasting
- Field-ready mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with tenant improvements or historic renovation projects
- Self-driven team player with a solution-oriented mindset
