An established, high-performing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a dynamic, multi-unit team across the state of Maine. Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, ideally in QSR or fast-casual concepts
- Experience overseeing District Managers or Area Leaders
- Proven success managing operational KPIs including P&L, labor, and cost control
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization
Must Haves
- Oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations across multiple units
- Conducting regular business reviews and developing performance-based action plans
- Direct accountability for team development, hiring, and succession planning
- Execution of brand standards related to quality, service, speed, and cleanliness
- Driving local strategy in alignment with broader brand goals
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous experience with nationally recognized QSR brands
- Background in opening new units or overseeing growth markets
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and implement results-driven solutions
- A track record of improving guest satisfaction and team engagement
