Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Proven track record for attracting and developing high-performing teams
- Not afraid to work in positions as needed
- Maintaining processes for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing Profit and Loss statements/planning for opportunity recovery
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications Include:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a General Manager role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great Team Leader Qualities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure a high quality of food preparation at all times
