Are you a talented Executive Chef with a scratch-kitchen high-volume catering background? This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work Monday – Friday.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Efficient running of kitchen overseeing food preparation servicing breakfast and lunch
- Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, and producing key menu items, while leading the staff and managing all food related functions
- Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation, and plating of food items
- Control labor, food costs, and operating expenses through effective planning, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control and revenue generation solutions to maximize profit
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Culinary degree preferred
- Experience in upscale catering or high-volume banquets required
- Experience with high-volume (2000+ ppl) required
- 3-5 Years in a Culinary leadership role required
