We’re looking for an Operating Partner to lead a high-growth bakery concept with multiple new locations on the horizon. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who’s ready to build something big — with equity, performance bonuses, and incentives for each successful store opening.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of GM or multi-unit leadership experience in bakery, restaurant, or retail
- Required: Experience opening new restaurant
- Strong in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
- Proven P&L, operations, and guest experience expertise
- A hands-on leader who thrives in ownership-style roles
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of daily operations and team management
- Drive local marketing, brand standards, and community engagement
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and product quality
- Take ownership of the business and play a key role in opening new stores
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience as an Operating Partner, Franchisee, or Owner-Operator
- Strong background in fast casual, QSR, or premium retail
- Experience managing multiple departments or locations
- Skilled in training systems, local store marketing, and growth strategy
- High energy, resourceful, and excited to scale with a growing brand
