Restaurant Service Manager

Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and POS systems
- Exceptional time management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Experience in team training and development

Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure consistent, warm, and inclusive guest experiences
- Lead daily service operations and pre-shift meetings with clarity and motivation
- Manage guest relations with poise during high-volume services
- Help create and maintain a culture of empathy, accountability, and professionalism
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, offering support to staff and guests alike
Restaurant Service Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with new restaurant openings or relaunches
- Background in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
- Familiarity with wine and beverage-driven concepts
- Interest in continued education and restaurant culture
- Involvement in hospitality or service-focused community initiatives
