Outside Sales Representative – Benefits and Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary for your first 2 years.
- Uncapped commission — earn more even while on guarantee

Outside Sales Representative – Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of total sales experience, ideally in outside, field, or hybrid roles
- Background in construction or coatings is a plus, but strong selling skills matter most
- Self-starter with strong organization, task follow-through, and goal orientation
- Personable, professional, and ready to build long-term customer relationships
- Experience managing a book of established accounts while growing your territory though outside sales
- Proven success prospecting new customers in the field while growing existing customers
Outside Sales Representative – Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must.
