Senior Director of Retail

Join a leading operator of convenience stores across North America. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on retail leader to oversee retail across our growing network of locations. As Senior Director of Retail, you’ll shape the guest experience, drive revenue, and lead a high-performing team that defines excellence across every store.

Senior Director of Retail Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive retail management experience, including 5+ years in a senior multi-unit leadership role

• Proven success driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence in grocery, convenience, or hospitality environments

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large P&Ls and developing retail strategies that enhance margins

• Ability to travel frequently to retail locations to coach teams and ensure execution of company standards

• Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing retail strategy, managing vendor and pricing decisions, optimizing merchandising, and leading operational standards across all stores

Senior Director of Retail Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with retail technology platforms (POS, inventory management, analytics tools)

• Demonstrated ability to foster innovation, introduce new retail concepts, and lead change across a distributed organization
