The menu follows the seasons, and many of the key ingredients are sourced from local farmers and purveyors. Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 2-4 years of BOH experience
- Needs to be able to work at both locations based on business trends (Detroit/Ann Arbor)
- Spanish speaking
