Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Drive daily operations with excellence and consistency
- Manage and analyze P&L performance (must have $4M+ revenue experience)
- Create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for guests and staff
- Set the tone for company culture—high-energy, supportive, and fun
- Proactively identify and solve challenges to improve service and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational standards
Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of operations management in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
- Driven, upbeat, and detail-oriented with a guest-first mindset
