Kitchen Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Kitchen Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven kitchen leadership in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including scheduling, food & labor cost management, and inventory control
- Ability to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with high accountability and low drama
Must Haves:
- Hands-on leadership from prep to close—no office captains here
- Strong collaboration with FOH to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
- Maintain kitchen flow during peak hours with calm and focus
- Drive kitchen consistency and standards while adapting in real time to service needs
Kitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with BBQ or smoked meats is a plus, but not required
- Passion for food, flavor, and building a great kitchen culture
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a natural sense of urgency
- Comfortable using kitchen management systems and tech tools
