Upscale Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire, lead, and develop FOH and BOH teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior guest service
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, health, and safety standards
- Drive exceptional guest experiences by proactively addressing feedback and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Manage P&L responsibilities including labor optimization, food cost control, and revenue growth
- Champion local marketing efforts and strengthen community partnerships to elevate brand presence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success in managing high-volume, upscale dining establishments
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to cultivate a positive, performance-driven culture
- Deep understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational best practices
