Floor Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Floor Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings
- Current NYC Food Protection Certificate
- Strong technology skills: POS systems, reservation platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Floor Manager – Must Haves:
- Lead FOH operations, maintaining exceptional service standards across multiple dining rooms
- Proactively step into any role during staff shortages or peak volume periods
- Deliver bespoke guest experiences with warmth, charm, and sophistication
- Address member concerns or complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Promote a culture of humility, personality, and excellence among the service team
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, completing accident reports as necessary
Floor Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working in a private club or members-only environment
- Familiarity with high-profile/VIP clientele service expectations
- Training or mentoring experience for front-of-house staff
- Deep interest in food, wine, and luxury hospitality trends
- Business acumen with experience in reporting, scheduling, or labor cost management
