We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing financial advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering personalized financial planning strategies that help clients achieve their life goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is process-driven, and demonstrates a passion for helping individuals through comprehensive investment, insurance, and planning solutions.
Associate Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a targeted marketing and business development plan to attract a defined niche of prospects.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business while meeting or exceeding key growth metrics.
- Convert leads into clients through a professional, consultative, and ethical sales approach, maintaining a closing ratio above 80%.
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning that addresses retirement, estate, tax, and business needs.
- Recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions tailored to individual client goals.
- Deliver ongoing client service, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and plan reviews.
Associate Financial Advisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services with direct client interaction.
- Active FINRA licenses: Series 65 or 66, and either Series 7 or Series 63.
- Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, investment vehicles, and insurance products.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as MoneyGuidePro™, Morningstar®, Wealthscape℠, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., GoldMine).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
