Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Are you a certified BCBA with a passion for helping children with diverse learning and behavioral needs succeed? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join a collaborative team providing direct and consultative services to students and staff in a specialized school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect behavioral support to students and staff
- Train classroom teams on ABA assessments and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and monitor individualized behavior plans
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze behavioral data to inform and adjust interventions
- Provide guidance and professional development in ABA principles
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Offer support during behavioral crises and participate in student admissions
- Maintain accurate behavioral documentation
- Partner with families to set meaningful goals and encourage active participation in treatment
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments across a range of ages and abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Strong clinical judgment in intervention planning and execution
- Passion for working with children in a supportive, team-based environment
