Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (casual or upscale full-service)
- Bar knowledge = a big plus
- A hands-on leadership style with accountability across operations, team development, and guest service
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to energize and unite a team
- Respectful, people-first mindset
