Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Drive exceptional guest service and team performance
- Oversee shift execution, food safety, and labor management
- Coach and develop front-of-house team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Analyze sales and labor reports to drive revenue and control costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven success managing $2M+ annual sales volume
- Strong leadership skills with a results-driven mindset
- High energy, approachable, and committed to team success
- Must be highly guest-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring and developing team members is highly preferred
