🚀 Vice President of Sales (Remote, U.S.)
Comp: $150K–$200K base + uncapped commission + equity

A fast-growing, VC-backed insurtech startup is looking for a VP of Sales to build and lead its sales function. This is a foundational role for a strategic and hands-on leader ready to scale a team, develop GTM strategy, and drive enterprise revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Own sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and execution
- Create scalable processes and repeatable playbooks
- Close strategic enterprise deals
- Align with cross-functional leaders and report to the CRO
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record building sales from scratch
- Experience with SaaS, AI, or automation in regulated industries
- Skilled team builder with strong execution and leadership
