A well established restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Manager with excellent communication and the ability to work hand in hand with the Chef / Owner. If this is you, please apply.
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- High-volume experience 4+ million a year
- 4+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a casual dining environment
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintaining food cost and inventory
- Ability to teach, schedule and manage a team
- Oversee all aspects of service
- Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
