General Manager Benefits/Compensation
- Salary up to $140,000 DOE
- 100% Employee Medical/Dental Coverage

Multi-Unit General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort, private club, or luxury community management.
- Prior experience managing Community Associations (HOA/COA/POA) preferred; Florida CAM License preferred.
- Proven expertise in full-service food and beverage operations, fitness and wellness programming, and recreational facilities.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and team leadership skills, with a focus on delivering resort-quality experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management and POS systems.
General Manager Preferred Background/Skills
- Demonstrated success in managing luxury lifestyle communities, resorts, exclusive private clubs, or high-end hospitality environments.
- Experience leading multi-unit food and beverage operations, including fine dining and casual venues.
- Background in organizing and executing lifestyle programs, signature events, and wellness initiatives that drive resident engagement.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor high-performing, hospitality-focused teams.
- Strong track record of maintaining and enhancing physical community assets to meet luxury standards.
- Skilled in developing marketing strategies to increase participation in amenities and foster a vibrant community culture.
- Experience in special project management, including amenity enhancements and large-scale event coordination.
