This position is in the New England area.
The Regional Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multiple casino properties within the region. This position will oversee brand management, advertising, promotions, player development, digital marketing, and loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives while driving guest engagement, market share, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support business objectives, revenue targets, and brand positioning across assigned casino properties
- Lead and manage on-property marketing teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight
- Oversee advertising, media buying, digital marketing, public relations, and creative campaigns
- Manage and optimize the player loyalty program and direct marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, gaming, food & beverage, and entertainment teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and events
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all touchpoints and properties
- Monitor and report on key metrics, marketing ROI, and customer engagement across channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the casino, resort, or entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of casino marketing programs including player development, promotions, loyalty programs, and customer acquisition
- Experience leading multi-property marketing initiatives preferred
