Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a similar front-of-house management role
- Experience leading a team of 10–15 in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to manage sales volumes of $3M+ annually
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
- Ability to drive the shift and execute operational goals
- Serve as a culture-setter, promoting integrity and empathy on every shift
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in scratch-kitchen fast-casual or hybrid service concepts
- Skilled trainer who can onboard, coach, and elevate new hires
- Effective in identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, team-focused environment
- Familiarity with scheduling, labor targets, and cost controls
