What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven success in a retail management or leadership role
- Deep knowledge of retail sales, customer experience, and inventory operations
- Strong analytical mindset – you know how to turn data into action
- A natural communicator who thrives on collaboration and team development
- A proven leader with a track record of motivating and mentoring talent
- Comfortable navigating change and adapting strategies in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software
- Willing and able to travel for store visits and strategic meetings
