Requirements
• Must be available to travel up to 80% of the time across multiple states, including frequent overnights
• Experience with New Openings
• Must of worked as a Multi-unit/Multi State Area Manager minimum 30 stores
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call availability
Qualifications
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience across multiple states, ideally in food service or hospitality
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance and operations
• Proven track record leading district or regional teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and results
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
